We require a booking fee to reserve your service appointment; this fee is required to book and schedule our services.
Booking fees can be paid using our booking website, or through any of our accepted electronic payment methods viewed here.
Collected booking fees for tickets over $350 are non-refundable.
Collected booking fees are non-refundable, but will be can be applied as credit to future invoices. A gift card for future use will be provided in the event of any cancelled services after the booking fee has been paid.
Collected booking fees are non-refundable and an additional fee of $25 will be charged in the event of a "no show" for your scheduled appointment, or rescheduling/cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment without reaching out to me directly. please text us here for assistance.
Invoice payments are due at the time of completed service.
There are no refunds provided for completed services.
Unpaid invoices will be subject to a late fee of 10% after 48 hours, and an additional 10% fee every 48 hours thereafter that the invoice remains unpaid.
Repeated overdue invoices may result in termination of future services, and requirement of prepayment for services in the future.
We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. This may occur upon vehicle inspection and assessing its condition.
Pricing estimates made through our booking system will be guaranteed for 30 days. After 30 days, estimates will be reset and subject to current pricing.
Estimate tickets created through our booking system are not exact quotes, they are estimates with a starting price based on vehicle size and services requested.
If a service does not show a price (it will show "Estimate Required" or "$0") and you would like a more accurate estimate, please text us at 407-900-1378 with a few photos of the area(s) in question. Photos can also be emailed at MilordDetailing@gmail.com.
Final pricing will always be determined by the condition of the vehicle on the day of the appointment, as the condition of the vehicle can change up to the time of the appointment.
